While playing Online Head Ball, you can play against the computer or someone who is online at the time. This is a comical game with cartoon qualities. Your characters aren't really fully grown people. They are heads on a pair of shoes. The field is rather small, but it's just the right size for your head character to run around a bit and try to defeat the opponent. You only have 90 seconds to defeat the other player.

The goal of Online Head Ball is to score goals. You want to score a goal or as many goals in the 90 seconds as possible. This is a game where the score will likely be high as all you're going to want to do is kick the ball. Since the field is small, it's easier to navigate the ball around and get it in the goal. There are only three buttons that you will use in the game. One of them is for jumping, but this one isn't used as much. Another is for using a head butt and tricking the opponent while the other one is for shooting a bit higher.
